1. Thanks. I went to boarding school, and the sausages they served us were pretty awful, only tolerable if smothered in marmalade (I don’t actually like ketchup or mustard much) and it’s now a habit of mine. I thought it was a bit odd, but I clearly am not alone! 🙂

    • My husband likes sweet chilli sauce on everything too! 🙂 It has to be a bittersweet marmalade, not too sweet, or it doesn’t work. I’ve spent over 30 years perfecting the art of sausages and marmalade! 😉
