LSH and I went to Osterley House, in Hounslow, South West London, last Friday, for a grown up tea and some time together. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I was particularly taken with the very delicate looking Chinese antiques in the house, and this hand made, over 400 years old, boat, with actual people inside, having tea, really appealed to me! The detail and work that must have gone into it, is amazing!
Happy Wednesday!
That is beautiful! What intricate work went into it!
It’s pretty amazing. Apparently they were cleaned and it took 3 months, because they are so delicate and old!
