Wordless Wednesday – 5:2 diet

Day one, was yesterday. I have chosen to follow the fast only method, no food, but plenty of water and herbal tea, for two days a week. The day was actually pretty easy, and I felt fine. It is very hot, here, so I am making sure I keep my fluid levels up. So far, so good. Peppermint tea and low sodium Miso soup are my beverage of choice. I am not a herbal tea fan, but fresh mint tea, I can enjoy.
