					<description><![CDATA[You have my full empathy on this one Karen! I used to suffer greatly with PMS (due to having polycystic ovarian syndrome), cutting out refined sugar *really helped* I honestly cannotadvocate it enough. 

Fortunely I don&#039;t get any periods while pregnant and breastfeeding, so I&#039;m excused for the time being, but boy I&#039;m not looking forward to getting them back. Apparently there&#039;s a very low hormone coil that can help called the marina? Might be worth looking into xx]]></description>
