If you follow me on Instagram or are friends with me on Facebook, you will see that I have started sharing photos with the tag line “I love where I live”.
I very fortunate that we live in a lovely place, and that we are spoiled for local spots to visit, like Kew Gardens, Richmond Park, Ham House, Osterly Park, Richmond, the river Thames, and also being able to get into London and parts of beautiful Surrey, very easily. I love where we live, and I want to share some of the spots we find and frequent. I wanted to have a positive thing, that could be enjoyed and appreciated. I felt like bringing a little positivity and light heartedness and also share my love of where we are. I will be sharing a blog post, weekly, of my photos, as well as on my Facebook and Instagram.
I am going to run a monthly linky, on the blog and Instagram, where people can share a post, and or a photo, with the tag line “I love where I live”, and why. It can be photos of a place you like to eat at, a local beauty spot, a shop you like, a scenic view, a historical spot, anything. At the end of each month, I will do a round up, of all the photos and blog posts and I will tweet and share. You can enter once in the month, or once a week, if you like. I am NOT a professional photographer, by any stretch of the imagination, so they don’t have to be fancy or professional photos, but whatever appeals to you that you would like to share.
I will have a badge, and the linky will run from the 1st of September.
