Love tea?

It’s a well known fact that I love my coffee, and it’s always my favourite beverage, but as part of my bedtime routine, I often opt for a calming, soothing herbal tea, to help relax me before I go to sleep. 

Having a calming, gentle bedtime, and making sure you are as ready to sleep as possible, is helpful, when you are trying to get a decent nights sleep. I try to avoid anything stimulating, like caffeine after 1pm, and if I want a warm drink, will opt for a herbal tea.

These teas, from Clipper, are some that I have tried, and enjoyed and as we are now slowly getting back into a better place sleep wise, here in the Mad House, we thought we would give some away to our blog readers to celebrate sleep and waking up feeling almost human! πŸ˜‰


Snore & Peace – Organic chamomile, lemon balm and lavender infusion. Just the thing before lights out.

Rise & Shine – Organic, lemongrass and lemon verbena infusion. A lovely little lemony lift. Perfect if you  need a boost first thing.

  2. If I have normal tea, I have a dash of milk and 3/4 of a spoon of sugar.
    I prefer herbal teas though, my favourites are peppermint, chamomile and honey or a good night time tea that helps me sleep

  3. i have had clipper tea before and is lovely but i also like green and fruit flavoured tea, so pro on herbals so would love to win
