Myself and my son have eczema. We use E45 cream to moisturise and emulsifying ointment and Oilatum soap in the bath. Use non-bio powder and soft fabrics to the skin

I have severe psoriasis, my teenage son has acne and eczema and my husband has necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum. We are a family of skin problems lol We try and combat them all with regular moisturising and frequent steroid use. x

I have skin problems such as dry skins and find moisturise and cream which is gentle can help when the is a sudden change in weather.

Unfortunately we are a family with skin problems.
Only one of my children is not sensitive at all, lucky little one!
My youngest has baby eczema.
Me, my oldest and partner have contact dermatitis.

I also have fibromyalgia which can cause sensitive skin, like trapped nerve feelings where you brush your skin and it hurts. These would be amazing for me!

I found that E45 cream really helps with eczema 🙂

When we have a warm bath (not hot) we run the water over oats. Helps soothe the skin!
