This is good and bad as it means I had to find my way on my own. In the UK I think it’s great that it’s so encouraged but I think support needs to be given to those who can’t or won’t breastfeed, as there is so much stigmatism towards them. Funnily enough I wrote a post on breastfeeding quite recently too, about all the things they don’t tell you about it. Great post!

My son has silent reflux and I stuck it out with breastfeeding for 4 months but then had to stop because although the feeding itself was perfect (after initial issues) my emotional health was suffering.
