I balled my eyes out when I got the first letter explaining there was to be a school trip. The anxiety was overwhelming. Luckily I was able to volunteer which was a fantastic insight into how teachers work during these stressful but super fun trips. I have such faith and confidence that if they had another booked I wouldn’t worry if I was working & couldn’t volunteer as the standard of safe guarding was impeccable. Like u say no teacher wants to have a negative to deal with so work very hard to give the kids a great experience. Keep strong :):)
