To live in Scotland! I’ve always lived here. For me my equivalent of your dream was upping sticks and moving to the tiny island in the inner Hebrides where I had grown up. It was a step too far. Whilst my husband and kids flourished I missed edinburgh life, the rat race and any bread I hadn’t made myself. Now safely back in edinburgh I would absolutely recommend you follow your dream. Sure mine didn’t work out but it finally silenced the ‘what if?’ I’d been living with for the last thirty years or so.
