Oh gosh yes, I have a drama llama who has been that way since birth! I’m afraid to tell you that at 16, she’s no better! This all sounded very familiar! Hope she’s feeling better and that the SATs have gone ok 🙂

I am glad it is not just us!! It’s such a fun stage, my dad says that it’s karma paying me back for my tween and teen years!!

My dad says that what I am dealing with is karma, and he remembers my mum saying the same. Oh the drama and apparently it gets worse!!

You have recounted this perfectly. I love the Drama llama – when my daughter is in similar “oh woe is me mode” I call her our resident Drama Queen. As you say they really do know how to “put on their parts” as my grandmother used to say to me and all her grandchildren! Funny how nothing changes. Hope you are all feeling better.
