As you know I am far from vegan but I do see huge environmental advantages of a vegan diet so long as those following it really know what they are taking on and get all the right nutrients. There are some fads out there that can actually be harmful. Did you see the recent story about a raw food vegan influencer who was caught eating fish? She had to admit to her vegan diet making her ill, although I believe it was a very extreme diet. So I would say to anyone wishing to go vegan to research carefully and maybe even talk to a doctor or nutritionalist. Do not rely on what brands or influencers tell you! Oh and I had a very tasty vegan bean stew for dinner last night! #GoingGreen
