Working in a schol office, I have helped several children with their inhalers and am imprssed at how well they cope even though they are only 6 or 7. I am glad you are doing well with it, it’s not easy to live with. Chest infections are common for us too, but we try to keep on top of them.

I was diagnosed with adult-onset asthma. I am very strict with mine I had a big fright when I was first diagnosed. I now am in a very well maintained group and I hope to stay there. Chest infection are common for me in winter.
