I hadn’t thought of this before but you do talk sense. I had so many well meaning people telling me it could be worse or think positive when my girls were having open heart surgery. Easy for them to say. Ugh and my fella tells me not to worry about things when I am struggling with anxiety and it drives me crazy. x
