I know. I have to admit I had no idea how much the food industry used palm oil until I started doing some reading into it. We love Nutella, but it’s made with palm oil, for example. Hopefully one day…

I’ve been vegetarian for around 30 years now and I’ve gone from just eating sausmix or nut loaf as the veggie option to having a plethora of possibilities. I am hoping that before long, there will be just as many palm oil free possibilities as there are vegetarian and gluten free ones.
