Our teen was diagnosed with celiac disease recently so we are having to adapt to that. It’s been a challenge but at least I have an idea of what I am doing!

Daisy used to be gluten free (4 years – FPIES allergens she’s outgrown) and we always made an effort for her to have lovely food too!
