Today has been hard.
My anxiety and fight or flight mode has been in overdrive. It has affected how I have handled every part of my day. I hate days like this.
I am grateful for little things though. Good friends who support me, people around me who help me with my day job, small work successes.
I am also grateful that my girl survived her first inter form rugby match only coming away with a sprained, and not broken finger.
Oh, and for vegan salted caramel cupcakes.
Those are definitely something to be grateful for….
