Dear Teresa May – you have RUINED our country, and now you have ruined ABBA for me!

I apologise if you are reading this blog and you don’t live in the UK or have an idea of our politics and what is happening here. To be honest, I think most Brits don’t have a grip on what is actually happening with our politics and Brexit is either a curse word or something people are puzzling over (including most of our useless politicians too, frankly)

So this is a rant, and because it’s Friday, it’s a Friday rant and it’s a British politics rant. Or more like a rant about how we couldn’t really make our Prime Minister look more stupid than she already does!

This week, our Prime Minister has been hosting her party’s annual conference. This involves a lot of PR, speeches, and other stuff to try and rouse her supporters and convince our country they are the best team for the job.

Some PR person, somewhere, thought that it would be clever, and funny and inspiring, to have our Prime Minister appear on stage like this. Dancing to Abba…

I do apologise if you happen to have a sensitive mind, this is quite horrifying. Watch at your own risk…

Who thought this was a good idea? Has Mrs May lost her mind? We are already pretty much the laughing stock of the world because of the Brexit shambles anyway, so maybe someone somewhere thought that it couldn’t really get any worse? I don’t like our Prime Minster, but I cannot help feel that someone was trying to make her look like an utter fool, and the fact that she went along with it makes me cringe.

Not to mention she has utterly ruined ABBA for me. Why couldn’t she have chosen a Britney Spears song, or something less iconic (iconic to me at least)

Seriously? Our politics are a joke, our politicians are a laughing stock, and they seem determined to drag the country down the sink, faster than you can say drain cleaner, all to the tune of ABBA…

Ruined, I tell you. Ruined.
