These stickers are available from many shops and websites to create a theme for any room. The best thing about these stickers is that they are self adhesive, simply peel them off the backing and stick them to the wall for an instant update to your kids room. Art Displays
If your kids love to draw then you will quickly be overrun with dozens of different paintings and pieces of art work. If you’re running out of space on the freezer then consider using them as part of your kids room decoration. You can mount and frame any of their good drawings and display them in their own little art gallery. Not only is this a free way to personalise any room, but it will also make them feel proud. You can even swap the paintings on a regular basis and have different displays.
Blackboard Walls
Blackboards are only normally used in very young kids rooms, but they are actually suitable for any age. Instead of using small easels, consider painting a wall with blackboard paint. This paint is inexpensive and a great way to have fun at home. It’s even possible to get creative with blackboard paint, you don’t need to paint a whole wall. Instead you could paint picture frames on the wall for your kids to decorate. Include some small shelves to store chalk and you’ve got a fantastic kids room. Your kids will have endless hours of fun drawing on the walls.
Shop the Sales
If you need a piece of furniture or soft furnishings for your child’s room, then consider shopping in the sales. There are some excellent bargains to be had at certain times throughout the year. There are also discount and outlet stores which offer some great prices and can save you a lot of money.
