Getting creative with Pottery Cool Studio

*we were kindly sent Pottery Cool Studio to review, all opinions are our own*

My kids’ LOVE making things, and creative crafts. They love it when I organize for them to go to our local pottery cafe to make and create things with clay, but sometimes that’s not easy to squeeze into our diaries and as fun, as it is, it can be a bit expensive.

Pottery Cool Studio from Spin Master is a fabulous way for kids to get their hands into clay and make things at home. It’s a great kit that comes with everything you need from start to finish, including painting the creations, and is incredibly easy to set up and use.

I will admit to being a little skeptical before we started because I have made proper pottery before using a potters wheel and you need the machine to work at the right speed to work the clay and make what you want, but when we tried the kit, we had so much fun, and because it was easy to set up, the kids were able to have a really fun session of getting creative with clay. It’s not as messy as I thought it would be and the wheel does work.

The kids found it very simple to make their own creations in clay.

The kit comes with everything you need, except batteries (you will need to get those separately) including tools, paint, full instructions, and the clay you need to get started.

I was eventually allowed to have a go myself after I fought the children for a turn and I was pretty impressed. Of course my creations weren’t as good as theirs!

This is a perfect gift for someone who likes getting a bit messy and creative. It’s also a great piece of kit to have on a rainy day, to pull out when you need to keep your kids busy and productive! You can buy more clay to use once you run out of what is supplied so it is something you can use again and again!

We’d definitely recommend it!

Patrick Swayze sadly wasn’t included 😉

(my children have no clue who he is, and yes I’m showing my age!!)
