*This is a collaborative post with Daisy Jewellery, sharing my personal style choices and what I wear everyday*
I tend to be someone who prefers simple styles and looks and because I work with children and families I also have to be practical. But I like pretty things and I enjoy treating myself to the occasional item of jewellery to wear for every day but also to be able to transition to special occasions without too much hassle.
I might like pretty things but I also am a bit picky and I want quality and style for my money. I have been enjoying styling some pieces from Daisy Jewellery, who create stylish, affordable and unique pieces that anyone can wear to dress up or down to suit their own perspective.
I don’t tend to opt for big jewellery, I prefer simple and easy to wear. I opt for a mix of silver and gold but usually opt for gold rings and recently decided I wanted to treat myself to a signet style ring. Their Signet rings range has almost too many pretty options to choose from and you can look at a more traditional feel for a ring or something more modern and personal. You can dress a signet ring up or down very easily and wear it every day, so you want to choose something that suits you perfectly. I happened to spot one that has an orchid engraved within it’s face, and it had to be mine.
It’s one of my regrets that my engagement and wedding ring don’t “stack” as it’s a style of ring wearing that I love. I think when we got married it either wasn’t a trend or we couldn’t afford the rings that would have worked (we were both poor students, it was a long time ago!) so now every now and then I find a ring or two that works well to stack and Daisy Jewellery have a lovely range of rings that stack well when paired together, and this makes me very happy. You can choose one, two, or even three of their silver or gold rings to mix and match them together or wear them alone.
Their jewellery is beautifully made, high quality but also affordable. You can pick a piece for a birthday or a special occasion or to treat yourself or someone else. Their pieces can be styled alone or worn togehter or with other items you own. Each item comes presented in a box and pouch which is perfect for gifting and because they are a modern jeweller that has worked to create styles that reflect classic designs you are not buying a piece that in six months time you won’t want to wear because it’s gone out of style or fashion.
I also love that they are working hard to be sustainable. This is really important to me, as someone who doesn’t do “fast fashion” and their ethos around quality but also responsible sourcing, working with the Responsible Jewellery Council. Their packaging is recyclable too (although it’s very pretty and not something you would throw away) and this makes me feel confident buying their pieces or recommending their pieces.
So why not have a look and and see if there is a piece on their site calling your name. I suspect like me, the only problem you will have is choosing something and you may not be able to just pick one thing. Send their links to family and friends to hint for Christmas present or birthday gift ideas too…
