Happy New Year. I hope you all had a very peaceful and happy Christmas. We did, it was blissfully quiet and just us for the most part. Just what we needed.
I have lots of rants brewing in my head, but have deliberately taken a few days off from blogging to just have time out and relax and plan for next year, so I will share this picture with you, and you can talk amongst yourselves and say if you agree with me that it is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG that they are out so early (27th of December to be precise) or if you think the shops are just catering to the demands of society and it’s OK to be pushing the next public holiday and the confectionery that comes with it, before we have even eaten all the leftovers from the last one….
This was spotted in our local supermarket, on the 27th of December, as I mentioned above. I was horrified and had a good old chunter, LSH had to pat me on the head, administer two Rescue Remedy pastilles and get me a coffee to calm me down!
