New Year, New You… Set of comedy DVD’s to giveaway

Did you make any resolutions arriving into 2017? I didn’t make very many, I am not good at keeping them, to be honest, but I have had some fun coming up with some things we could do to make 2017 more interesting. We are challenging ourselves to watch movies and films we wouldn’t normally watch. This is a tough one in our house because I tend to like more obscure, or classic movies, and often will watch stuff that is not necessarily in English, and the Husband likes action and thrillers and is never happier than when he is watching a movie that involves the world being saved from impending doom by one man!

So we have come to a compromise and decided that humor is the way to go, and so we plan to watch movies that are funny and make us laugh, and we both can enjoy that neither of us has seen before. We plan to have a movie night per week. I think it’s going to be a fun way to kick start 2017 and keep us amused. There are so many movies you can choose from.

My personal favorites when it comes to humorous and funny movies are Father of The Bride 1 & 2 and Saving Private Benjamin. Both filled with classic comedy and talented actors. They keep me laughing for hours.
