Look after your tired eyes with Thera Pearl & Bio True

I often get very sore dry, tired eyes. I am usually tired and an area I think that suffers most with that and is also something I can visibly see is around my eyes. Because I wear contact lenses my eyes are more prone to infection (thankfully I have never had a serious infection, I am scrupulous about hygiene and care for my lenses) so I am careful about eye care and what I use.

Sometimes my eyes are sore, puffy, and tired, and I need to take a few minutes to just relax and I love this Thera-Pearl Eye Mask. My children think it’s hilarious when I pull it out and pretend I am in a spa, but it really does work to make my eyes feel less puffy and tired and I feel better after a few minutes hiding from the world behind its cool blue facade. It can also be heated, carefully in the microwave, too.

Even after a restful night’s sleep, you can wake with red, puffy eyes that make you look and feel tired –especially during allergy season. Try the THERA°PEARL Eye Mask to help your puffy eyes look and feel better every day.

The mask can be used cold or hot. Use cold to help relieve puffy eyes and those wicked sinus headaches. It takes the sting out of a brow wax and helps reduce swelling after a cosmetic procedure (in such a case, use the mask as directed by your doctor). The heat helps relieve dry eye symptoms associated with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction or MGD and Blepharitis, reduces nasal congestion, and relieves soreness once the swelling is gone.

Chill it in the freezer or fridge or pop it into the microwave. Place it over your eyes and sinuses, or slide it up to your forehead. Its pliable, face-hugging shape stays put without drips or leaks. The therapeutic temperature should be applied no more than the doctor’s recommended time of 20 minutes.

I also keep a stash of these eye wipes in my bag, and in our medicine cabinet. They are soft, gentle, cooling, and perfect for wiping irritated and sore eyes and they are designed to be safe to use when wearing contact lenses which is essential for me.

Biotrue Daily Eyelid Wipes are created by Bausch & Lomb in response to the problem of making sure the eyelids are kept free of dirt, and debris, without disturbing the actual contact lens.

These wipes have been designed by leaders in the field of eye care, in order to give relief to those with Ocular Allergy, Blepharitis, and other infections. These eyelid wipes from Biotrue contain no preservatives or detergents and aid the gentle soothing of your eyes. With Biotrue Daily Eyelid Wipes you can expect your eyes to remain fresh over the course of the day.”
