Our week in photos 27/10/19-2/11/19 the one with mummies and kittens.

Welcome to Our Week in Photos. Our way of sharing our week and what we get up to with our family abroad and grandparents who like to keep up with our life and antics.

October seems to have flown, and we are not THAT far away from Christmas, with November now upon us.

We have had a lovely half term break. It’s not often I say that, because sometimes the school holidays can be a bit of a blur with managing two kids one of whom is at home with me anyway due to homeschooling, and the holidays can seem not very holiday like, but it’s been  a great break and we will be sad to go back to normal routine tomorrow.

We have had visits to see Mummies (well I did that, but it is well worth a visit) and the kids came with me to work this week to help with crafts at our toddler group. We also had a lot of fun meeting a friend’s new kittens

You can catch up with us here in our weekly “what we have been up to IGTV video” too.

This is my favourite photo from this week

We went bowling as a family for the first time. We had a lot of fun, discovered that the husband is VERY good at bowling and a bit competitive, and that the tween is not very good at loosing to her dad. This weekend also marks 19 years since he proposed to me, late one night in a train station waiting room, before he put me on a train back home to London where I was studying to be a nurse.

Now we roll into November, and count the days until we can put our Christmas tree up and REALLY start to get into the Christmas spirit.

I hope your week has treated you as kindly as it has us.

  1. I’m glad you had a good half term. We go bowling two or three times a year and both my husband and younger son are very good at it and highly competitive. I am pretty bad at it!

  2. I wish we still had a bowling alley nearby – ours was knocked down many years ago. Thanks so much for sharing your snaps and for linking up with #MySundaySnapshot.
